Key Responsibilities

• Providing remote administrative support to dental professionals and clinic staff.
• Scheduling and managing dental appointments, including follow-ups, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate patient dental records and documentation.
• Handling patient communications via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Organizing digital filing systems for easy access to patient histories, treatment plans, and clinic records.
• Coordinating with insurance providers for dental billing, pre-authorizations, and claims processing.

Essential Skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support a fast‑paced dental environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, dentists, and support staff.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dental records, insurance forms, and appointment details.
• Proficiency in using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and general office applications.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and workflow is a strong advantage.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 65,000 per month
