This is a rare opportunity to step directly into a high-volume surgical practice with a strong referral network including immediate equity partnership and a leadership role as Co-Chief Medical Officer for the Texas region (CO-CMO).

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• State medical license to practice ophthalmology in Texas or eligible to attain one.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
