- Recent CME (9 hours Stroke CME, 9 hours Trauma CME annually)
- Case logs from the past two years
- Copies of all educational and training diplomas
- Social Security Card, Driver s License, and a recent color photo
- Compliance with TB/Flu requirements
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform emergency procedures as required
- Collaborate with support staff and specialty backups to manage patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory compliance standards
