Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Physician Sales Liaison to join our growing clinical research team in McAllen, TX
. This is an on-site position and open only to local candidates
.

This role is a great fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have some experience in sales, outreach, or marketing and are eager to build a long-term career in the healthcare or clinical research field. It’s an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning how physician engagement directly supports patient access to life-changing clinical trials.

Compensation starts at $45,000 annually
, with additional incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations to encourage patient referrals for clinical trials.
  • Communicate the benefits of clinical trial participation to physicians, highlighting the value for their patients and their practice.
  • Identify new physicians and healthcare partners, maintaining an updated database of contacts and outreach activity.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for referring physicians, offering support and ensuring a smooth referral process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate new physician onboarding and ensure positive engagement.
  • Educate physicians on clinical trial processes, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and patient benefits.
  • Represent the company at local medical conferences, community events, and networking meetings.
  • Track outreach efforts, physician engagement, and referral metrics.
  • Stay informed about ongoing clinical studies, industry trends, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
  • Some experience in sales, marketing, or outreach preferred - internship or part-time experience also valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Enthusiasm for healthcare, clinical research, and relationship-building.
  • Must have reliable transportation for local travel to physician offices and clinics.
