Independent Contractor – K‑12 Professional Learning Facilitator (McAllen, Texas, USA)

Make measurable impact on teaching and student learning by leading engaging research‑based professional learning (PD) for K‑12 educators. As a K‑12 Professional Learning Facilitator you’ll educate, engage and empower teachers and school leaders as they strengthen practice and grow results.

You connect naturally with educators, bring a steady positive presence and love helping adults learn. You’re self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely, and energized by learning new approaches and sharing them in a way that feels practical and real.

Experience as a principal teacher, instructional coach, trainer, consultant or professor translates beautifully to this work. We value people who take ownership, collaborate smoothly and welcome feedback as a tool to keep getting better.

As an independent contractor you’ll customize and deliver evidence‑based instructional practices using your own presentation style while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. You’ll model classroom‑ready techniques, guide meaningful conversation and help educators take strategies from good idea to ready to use.

A bachelor’s degree (or higher) and a genuine passion for training educators in innovative research‑aligned practices. Familiarity with the spirit of professional learning (job‑embedded, collaborative, data‑informed) is a plus.

Remote and project‑based. Earnings vary based on individual effort, business experience, diligence and leadership.
