• Serve as the key connection between residents, families, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure care that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.

• Develop engaging, meaningful programs tailored to each stage of dementia, promoting dignity and quality of life.

• Support and educate families, helping them navigate their loved one's journey with understanding and grace.

• Champion best practices in dementia care and inspire your team to deliver the Touchstone Experience every day.
