The Clinical Administrative Coordinator (CAC) supports care coordination efforts by collaborating with healthcare facilities, provider offices, Clinical Case Managers, and Engagement Specialists. This role is responsible for researching and locating in-network providers for members, verifying provider information, resolving invalid contact information, and communicating findings to support timely member access to care. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This position is full time, Monday
- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 2 - 3 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will follow business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to provider offices and healthcare facilities to:
    • Verify provider participation status within the network
    • Confirm whether providers are accepting new patients
    • Obtain the earliest available appointment dates and times
    • Verify if a referral is required by the PCP.
  • Research and identify appropriate in-network providers to support member care needs
  • Communicate provider search results and appointment availability to members, Clinical Case Managers, and other applicable stakeholders
  • Investigate and validate inaccurate or invalid provider phone numbers using multiple systems and resources
  • Share updated provider contact information with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and workflow efficiency
  • Follow established departmental job aids, workflows, and documentation standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills by prioritizing workload and meeting established deadlines
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new and existing team members
  • Independently resolve moderately complex issues and elevate concerns when appropriate
  • Meet or exceed established quality, productivity, and performance standards
  • Adhere to all regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements, including turnaround time expectations
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications:
