As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to candidates, hiring managers, and community networks, ensuring a positive experience at every step of the hiring process. This is a hands‑on recruiting role where you will balance candidate engagement, process efficiency, and strong partnerships to deliver great results. While this role demands a fast‑paced, high‑energy mindset, it also offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by connecting people with the right opportunities and helping our organization grow with the right talent.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting resources and community partners to expand candidate pipelines
  • Review and monitor employment applications for contact center employees
  • Represent the company professionally at offsite hiring events
  • Pre‑screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews
  • Administer pre‑employment testing, reference checks, and background checks
  • Review and audit new hire paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Communicate job offers and conduct new hire orientation
  • Track and maintain recruiting reports, including interview‑to‑hire ratios and other metrics
  • Support other HR and recruiting functions as needed
  • Contribute as a collaborative team member in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment
  • Amenable to work onsite in Teleperformance McAllen, Texas
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with employees, management, and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills

    Proven ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Innovative thinker with an eye toward improving recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience
  • Previous call center recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong attendance record required
  • Must successfully pass background and drug screening
