Licensed P&C Insurance Agent

We are seeking a licensed property and casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will use the in-house suite of tools to sell insurance policies to new and existing clients while providing exceptional customer service in English and Spanish.

• Sell various types of insurance policies such as home, auto, mobile home, motorcycle, RV, and other specialty lines
• Cross-sell and mine the existing database of clients
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally in-person, over the phone, and via texts and emails
• Seek insurance solutions for clients based on their specific needs
• Document all interactions with clients and about clients in agency management system
• Process claims and serve as a liaison between the carrier and the insured
• Adhere to agency's compliance requirements and best practices for E&O risk management

• Must have a current TDI property and casualty insurance license
• Must have sales personality (assertive, self-motivated, good communicator)
• Must be bilingual
• Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Must carry themselves with integrity and professionalism in an office environment
• Must maintain confidentiality of customer information and business data
• Must excel at learning new computer software and technology tools

$11.00 - $15.00 per hour
