In-House Litigation Attorney

Madison, WI (requires relocation with financial assistance).

Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to navigate legal risks as we expand across a rapidly changing industry. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel on our competitive strategy.

Responsibilities include drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.

Key qualifications:

• 3‑7 years of litigation experience, including drafting, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI required and fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination necessary.
