Associate Attorney - Litigation - Rio Grande Valley

National Firm Looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our Rio Grande Valley Team!

• Billable hours requirement of 1800, with an hours-based bonus program for up to $40,000 for attorneys that bill more hours ($2,500 for every 25 hours above 1800 up to 2200 hours and $40,000).

• At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in general liability or construction defect
• Strong academic record and cultural fit.
• Excellent references and a record of job stability.
• Member of the Texas bar in good standing.
• Relevant experience preferred but not required.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $115,000 - $170,000 for 1800 hours plus up to $40,000 in additional guaranteed bonus based off of hours billed.
