Overview:

Only Love Home Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide Private Duty Nursing for a pediatric patient in their home. This full‑time position is perfect for nurses who enjoy building relationships and working closely with one patient over time. Care may include ventilator or trach support, GT feedings, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care according to the plan developed by the supervising RN and physician.
• Monitor the patient’s condition and report any changes promptly.
• Administer medications and provide routine treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the family and Only Love clinical team to support care goals.

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable with trach, vent, or GT care (training provided if needed).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
