Join our team as an Experienced Real Estate Agent at Deldi Ortegon Real Estate Group. We offer a competitive base pay range of $60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr, with actual compensation based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch and execute lead generation systems.
• Advise and consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify properties.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
• Track all activities through PLACE Technology.
• Host open houses and convert prospects into appointments.
• Participate in weekly team activities and coaching sessions.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and implement marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing and staging.
