We're looking for Shift Managers who lead by example, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Shift Manager, you'll be instrumental in getting our new store off to a successful start. From training our founding team of associates to establishing operational standards and creating memorable guest experiences, you'll help lay the foundation for long-term success.

What You'll Do

As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team and ensuring every shift meets Andy's high standards for quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Help Launch Our New Store

• Play a key role in preparing our McAllen location for a successful grand opening.
• Help train and develop our opening team of associates.
• Establish strong operational routines and reinforce Andy's standards from day one.
• Help create a positive, energetic, and team‑oriented culture that sets our new store up for success.

Lead and Develop Your Team

• Lead by example while working alongside your team in daily operations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to deliver their best performance.
• Remain calm, professional, and solution‑oriented during busy shifts.
• Provide consistent feedback and help team members develop their skills.
• Build a workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and excited to come to work.

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Ensure every guest receives friendly, fast, and exceptional service.
• Maintain the highest standards for frozen custard quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive experiences.
• Lead your team in delivering the hospitality Andy's is known for.

Execute Daily Operations

• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are consistently followed.
