You're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your place, you support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan, and take action to correct them.
• Assist fellow team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or guest assistance.
• Maintain safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor; follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail; proficiency in priority‑setting and time management.
• Flexible availability: early morning, late evening, and weekends.
• Prior experience in a stock‑related role.
