Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2224) role  position focuses on assisting guests, delivering a strong guest experience, and supporting sales floor operations and visual merchandising.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, manage inventory, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom according to business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by performing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories

• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of handling cash register operations as needed
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and work in varying temperatures
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance
