Sales Associate – Holiday Hiring (White House Black Market)

We are hiring sales associates for our White House Black Market holiday season. Minimum age 16. Seasonal roles ending January 16, 2022.

Position Objective

The Sales Associate supports Management in promoting a customer‑ and product‑focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.

Functional Responsibilities

• Drive for Results:
  Meet company sales goals using sales techniques, recommend merchandise, maintain knowledge of promotions, pricing, visual standards, and participate in store sets.
• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Model MAPS principles, resolve customer concerns, manage register, reinforce buying decisions, sign up clients for reward program, build customer loyalty.
• Operational Excellence:
  Support replenishment, assist with visual directives, maintain store cleanliness.
• Teamwork and Growth:
  Promote inclusive collaboration, seek development opportunities, solicit feedback.

Other duties as assigned. Some duties may vary by brand. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 except for temporary seasonal hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and multi‑tasking in fast‑paced environment.
• Regular attendance; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing 67‑100% of shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs 1‑33% of shift.
• Frequent climbing 34‑66% of shift.
