Position OverviewThe Seasonal Selling Associate drives sales and delivers exceptional customer service. Acting both in the sales floor, cash wrap, and merchandising areas, the associate engages customers, offers product expertise, and supports the overall retail operation.
Key Responsibilities- Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engages with customers, reading cues and responding effectively.
- Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Converts returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
- Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
- Recovers cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
- Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back‑room and under stocks to brand standards.
- Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and ensures product placement on the sales floor.
- Assists with projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark‑out‑of‑stock.
- Executes floorset proficiently and maintains back‑room and under stocks.
- Supports store strategy to reduce shrink, assists in housekeeping, and reports maintenance issues.
- Demonstrates company values and builds loyalty through the Rewards Program.
- Assumes the physical demands of lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds and engaging in frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
