This role is a learning position for Mobile Associates who work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pursue customer needs with curiosity and care. New associates complete training and progressively build skills toward the Mobile Expert role.

• Build proficiency in serving and selling while delivering a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by assisting customers along their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, conduct side-by-side selling to identify personalized solutions, and address needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate coverage, explain plans and services, and complete in-store training and skill development.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile colleagues across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify small business opportunities, and support team initiatives.

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred

• Passionate about helping customers and being authentic while connecting with them (Required)
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues (Required)
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days of employment, on-the-job training earns eligible hourly training pay. After promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (varies by performance and full-time status). All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
