What are the position details?
Our reps sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments, explaining the products and taking orders. Previous work experience is not required. Reps are paid $24.00 base per appointment; commissions can increase earnings. Even if a rep has an off week, they still get paid for the work they did.
We help reps create a schedule that works best for them: some work full‑time, some part‑time, others look for extra income around their classes, jobs, or family obligations. Semester‑break schedules are available for temporary work.
Our Cutco products are used in kitchens and outdoor tools. No prior knowledge of home goods is needed. We train staff for over 40 years; the skills gained are valuable across fields.
Reps work locally – after training, meetings and training are held in the office.
What are the basic requirements?

- Age 18+ or 17 and graduating in 2025 encouraged to apply

- Willing to learn and apply new skills
Who would do well here?
Successful reps come from diverse backgrounds: retail, fast food, cashier, grocery clerk, work‑from‑home, administrative assistant, receptionist, server, landscape, warehouse, etc. Applicants with no work experience but a positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people can succeed.
