Title:

Territory Sales Representative/Small Business Consultant (Travel in and beyond McAllen, Texas)

Pay: $26/hour

Location/Environment:
Travel in and beyond McAllen, Texas

• Proficiently speak English and Spanish
• 2+ years of current experience in an outside sales role mixed with account management/territory management
• Client/Customer facing, CRM, face-to-face sales, professionalism
• Must be okay to travel when needed and be local to McAllen, Texas to report onsite when needed

• Act as a liaison between customers and client, either by managing assigned business accounts or building a personal portfolio.
• Drive customer retention and sales by meeting or exceeding targets in sales count, volume, and margin.
• Conduct site visits to top-value business customers, ensuring they understand their billing, usage, and energy efficiency opportunities.
• Provide on-site solutions using a company-provided laptop, update customer management systems, and communicate new products and services.
• Serve as a Move Manager for high-value new customers, facilitate energy audits, and provide feedback to Segment Marketing on customer insights.
