What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and drive sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes
  • Foster high‑level relationships with Key Accounts and lead the sales market for the U.S. and Canada
  • Negotiate and manage high‑level contracts for Key Accounts and oversee rebate programs
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value‑based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in or with surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Strong value‑based selling skills and interpersonal abilities for customer negotiation
  • Ability to navigate construction project sites and hold a valid driver’s license
