- Minimum 3 years of full–time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Able to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Has an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay plus commissions (no caps, short sales cycle—3 business days) and monthly cash bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
