United Trades of America, a leader in the electrical services industry, is actively seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman to oversee electrical projects in McAllen, Texas. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of journeyman electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
• Plan and layout electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, and equipment installations.
• Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
• Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project completion.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a journeyman electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
• OSHA 30 certification.
