- Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
- Integrate third‑party interface engines to facilitate data exchange between healthcare systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices in AWS development and cloud security
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field
- Strong proficiency in the Go programming language
- Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Proven experience in building cloud‑based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability
- Experience with third‑party interface engines and healthcare interoperability standards
- Strong understanding of AWS security best practices
- Experience implementing modern software engineering practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
