EXP Group is hiring experienced and dependable Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our growing logistics team. Based out of McAllen, TX, this position involves transporting freight across the United States. If you’re a safety-conscious driver with a passion for the open road and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

• Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer for long-haul freight delivery.
• Transport goods across state lines, adhering to all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain accurate logs.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding route updates and issues.

• Valid CDL A with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience preferred.
• Must be based in or near McAllen, TX.
• Able and willing to travel nationwide for extended periods.
