Class A OTR Company Driver

Qualifications

• At least 4 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must live in Texas.
• No SAP drivers.

Drivers handle no-touch freight, which primarily consists of refrigerated goods along with some dry freight.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,500.00 Weekly.
• Home time: 2-3 weeks out with 2-3 days off
• Operating areas:
  Delivery locations and haul lengths vary based on your place of residence.
• Equipment:
  Newer Automatic trucks. Parking for trucks at the main facility.

As an OTR Class A Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer to transport freight. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your core skills in commercial driving and truck operation will be essential for timely deliveries. You will utilize premium skills such as handling automatic transmissions and dry van trailers, while also applying relevant experience in load and unload procedures.

The organization expects you to maintain high safety standards and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction throughout your routes.

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport freight safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
