• Oversee service orders and manage the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt and efficient customer service
• Take ownership of the customer experience and create positive, lasting impressions
• Provide concierge‑level support for customer inquiries, both in person and by phone
• Ensure technician time is effectively scheduled and consistently sold
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians
• Answer customer questions regarding vehicle concerns, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards
• Assist with diagnosing vehicle issues and ordering necessary parts and tools
• Oversee warranty administration and support training and supervision within the service department
• Reinforce company policies and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and promote positive employee relations

• Organized, friendly, and professional demeanor
