Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is hiring a floating PRN Clinical Secretary to work at a clinic based in McComb, MS, and to support services in Franklin, Amite, Lawrence, and Walthall counties as needed. The Clinical Secretary is essential to ensure patients receive an excellent first impression and a smooth registration process. The ideal candidate is team‑oriented, service‑mindful, and empathetic toward patients and their families.

• Perform all clerical duties, including typing, scheduling appointments, processing accounts receivable, answering telephone calls, and posting charges and payments to ledger cards.
• Welcome consumers and visitors by greeting patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (preferred).
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills (required).
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once (required).
