Clinical Secretary - Mc Comb role at Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources
Location:
Clinic in Pike County, MS.
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has served individuals throughout the Pine Belt for 50 years, offering a continuum of care for adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with addiction or developmental disability. We enable them fully in their communities within an eighteen‑county service area.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software preferred.
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once required.
- Perform all clerical duties, including typing, scheduling appointments, processing accounts receivable, answering telephone, and posting charges and payments to ledger cards.
- Welcome consumers and visitors by greeting patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
