Infrastructure Maintenance Tech I (Amite)
Position Summary:
Front‑line role responsible for operating and maintaining the state's most basic transportation equipment. Duties include repairing traffic signals, installing and maintaining signs, applying herbicides, pesticides, snow and ice chemicals, striping, traffic control, pothole patching and responding to natural and man‑made disasters.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Regular Driver License or CDL.
- CDL holders will receive increased pay based on experience.
- All applicants must present a valid license at the time of application.
- Applicants may also apply at the MDOT office Monday through Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm.

Amite, MS
