Position Overview

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a flexible and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to float between Labor & Delivery and Medical-Surgical units for a night shift assignment in McCook, NE. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile nurse to support multiple units and make a direct impact on patient outcomes.



Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in L&D and Med Surg settings
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor and delivery
• Provide postpartum care and patient education
• Perform routine assessments, documentation, and medication administration
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt quickly to changing unit needs and support wherever needed

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska (or compact license)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in both L&D and Med Surg settings
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Fetal monitoring certification preferred
• Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills
