Construction Site Surveyor
Location:
Georgia, USA
Project:
Warehouse site development (no building)
Salary: $70,000–$85,000/year
We are looking for a Construction Site Surveyor to join our team and support a large-scale warehouse site project in Georgia. This is a field-based position focused on layout, grading, and infrastructure coordination.
Responsibilities- Setting and verifying control points, ESC elements, and LOD layout
- Performing weekly drone surveys and cut/fill calculations
- Coordinating with field teams and updating surface models (TINs)
- Utility layout and as-built documentation
- Curb, ADA, and final grading checks
- Landscape layout and drainage evaluation
- Preliminary as-built survey and data archiving
- Equipment maintenance and GNSS control system checks
- Strong field survey experience
- Understanding of grading, utilities, and construction phasing
- Ability to use drones, GNSS equipment, and data controllers
- Accuracy, responsibility, and excellent documentation habits
- Must be fluent in Russian or Spanish
