Full-Time General Dentist - McDonough Dental Studio | McDonough, GA
McDonough Dental Studio is seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. This is a unique opportunity to work in a modern, well-established office with a strong support team and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Position Overview

• Schedule: 4-5 days per week
• Practice Type: PPO/FFS
• Technology: CBCT, Overjet AI, Primescan
• Team Structure: 2-doctor practice, 1 dental assistant per doctor per column, 2 hygienists with a hygiene assistant
• Operatories: 12

What We're Looking For

• Clinical Skills: Proficient in general dentistry; experience with endodontics and implants is a plus
• Mindset: Strong communicator with a collaborative, growth-oriented approach
• Autonomy: Comfortable managing comprehensive care from diagnosis to follow-up

Compensation

• Daily Rate: $850-$900/day
• Production-Based Pay: 32-33%
• Sign-On Bonus: Available at the discretion of the practice
• Lab Fees: 100% covered by the practice

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
