Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, skillfully handling appointment requests and addressing patient inquiries.
- Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness to understand and meet patient needs effectively.
- Support office operations by preparing charts, updating records, and assisting with office opening and closing tasks.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies for contact lenses as needed.
- Spend dedicated time with patients prior to their doctor visits, performing essential preliminary assessments including measuring retinal function, peripheral vision, and capturing retinal photographs using advanced equipment.
- Accurately document and organize patient exam notes, order diagnostic tests per the doctor's recommendations, and code procedures precisely.
- Engage in ongoing cross-training to foster personal and professional growth within the practice.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in an eyecare setting is required.

- Willing and able to travel to Decatur and Fayetteville, GA locations as needed.
