Responsibilities- Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
- Assess food & beverage areas, prioritize tasks, and review trend reports.
- Set clear goals, hold team members accountable, and maintain a food‑safe environment.
- Deliver Food & Beverage Standards and verify team performance.
- Schedule shifts to align with guest traffic, covering evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Develop vendor partnerships to maintain product quality and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Starbucks district managers (if applicable) and drive store‑level planning.
- Execute safety and security processes, model safe behavior, and respond to incidents.
- Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, and drive‑up.
- Lead by engaging guests, promoting a welcoming experience, and giving thanks.
- Perform additional duties as business needs arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Retail and/or food experience preferred (not required).
- Strong interest in food & beverage operations.
- Leadership skills: coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
- Ability to communicate across devices, operate scanners, and use technology.
- Independent and team‑oriented scheduling flexibility.
- Capacity to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure.
- Positive attitude toward guests and team members.
- Effective communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Passion for interacting and helping guests and teammates.
- Thrives in a fast‑moving, physically demanding environment.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Safety Manager Certification (if applicable).
- Completion of Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training (if applicable).
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
- Capacity to work in temperature extremes (34°F to –10°F).
- Comfort with allergens and varying weather conditions.
