This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

You have experience working in a multi-channel, highly automated Distribution Center and enjoy supporting the leadership team in meeting and exceeding service levels while maintaining quality standards. Under the supervision of the department’s leadership team (Manager, Supervisor, and/or Assistant Supervisor), as a Lead, DC Operations, you will support daily operations by helping to direct workflow and supporting associates in assigned team while rolling up your sleeves to help get the job done.

By prioritizing tasks, training team members, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies, and supporting process improvements, you will positively impact the team’s ability to achieve and maintain efficiency, accuracy and productivity. Assigned team sizes are generally less than 8 associates.

Operations & Workflow Management:

• Assist, understand, and execute daily operational plans
• Partner with leadership to ensure adherence to expressed plans related to labor scheduling, resource allocation and workflow coordination required to meet plan
• Direct the workflow of associates in assigned team, ensuring efficient work allocation and floor coverage
• Monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions to maintain an optimized workflow
• Monitor aged orders, priority shipments, and order fulfillment processes to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently

• Ensure all team members follow safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment operation guidelines, promoting a 5S culture
• Conduct equipment and facility inspections, reporting any unsafe conditions or hazards
• Identify unsafe behaviors and performance trends and escalate for further support
• Maintain warehouse security by ensuring proper handling of product and adherence to safety protocols
