This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in McDonough, GA. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leases and lease administration, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, supporting day-to-day property management activities, and fostering positive relationships with residents. Additionally, the role includes addressing resident inquiries, maintaining occupancy goals, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the leasing experience.

• Experience in Residential Leasing, Leases, and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in Property Management tasks and procedures
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on fostering positive resident experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or additional certifications in real estate or property management is a plus)
• Basic proficiency in property management software and tools
