McDonough Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our dietary team. We value our staff as much as our residents and offer a positive, team-oriented workplace.

• Assist with food preparation in accordance with established guidelines and under the direction of the Food Services Manager
• Prepare nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements and meal plans
• Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and other food service tools
• Understand and implement menu substitutions accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and staff
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and corporate compliance standards
