$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Support a clean, well-kept parking lot and assist members with their purchases; ensure carts are ready and available.
• Help members load their vehicles and create a positive member experience; stay on your feet and on the go in all weather.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and assisting across the club as needed.
• Maintain a safe and orderly facility; conduct safety practices and report unsafe situations to management.
• Assist with transporting items, organizing merchandise, and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds; retrieve carts according to policy.
• Operate cash registers and assist with payments according to company policies; support member transactions and inquiries.

• Manage club pickup orders by notifying members of delays, offering alternatives when products are unavailable, and ensuring items are picked up as scheduled.
• Promote products and services and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and ethics standards; use the Open Door Policy as applicable.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners to complete tasks and improve processes.
