Sales Associate - PT

Overview

GNC is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in McDonough, GA. Base pay range is $11.00/hr - $12.00/hr the range provided by GNC may differ from actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

This role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, advising and selling products, restocking, maintaining visual merchandising, fulfilling online orders, and performing cleaning duties. You will promote the GNC brand and the "Live Well" message to customers.

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer and create a welcoming environment.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations based on knowledge and needs.
• Drive to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in accordance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning features, advantages, and benefits; stay informed on nutrition, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management with opening/closing operations, cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, and maintaining store appearance.

• Stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting; use repetitive hand-to-finger motions.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Climb ladders, reach, and bend as needed.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50–85 degrees, especially in stock rooms.
• Use a computer up to 60% of the day.
• Be able to work varied hours and days, including nights/mornings, weekends, and major holidays as required by the store.

• Sales Associate level; must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to understand and meet customer needs.
