Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, helping shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. They provide excellent customer service, assist in daily store operations, and support pharmacy and other departments. This is a high‑impact, customer‑focused role that can grow into a career within CVS.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving service issues.
• Offer a warm greeting, maintain eye contact, and help locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Provide support to all departments (photo, beauty, etc.) and stay current with services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and possibly work regular shifts in the pharmacy.
• Embrace and advocate new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but not required).

20 hours per week.

Part‑time.

$15.00 – $19.00 per hour.
