Overview
AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to advance their sales career by building meaningful customer connections and achieving sales targets. You’ll use AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services—to bring friends, families, and communities closer together.
Responsibilities- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends (9 am–9 pm).
- Adapt quickly to evolving technology and customer needs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Learn and apply sales training and tools to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, passion for helping people, and willingness to work flexible hours.
- No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training and coaching will be provided.
Hourly base pay $15.65–$18.06 plus eligible commission of $13,700+ when all sales goals are met. Top performers can earn up to $62,460 annually with uncapped commission opportunities.
