• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive sales conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses.
