• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes and resources.
• Maximize shift time by seeking product knowledge and staying current.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees in other channels to share the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and funnel small‑business prospects.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

• Minimum 6 months customer‑service or sales experience (preferred in retail).
• Minimum 18 years old.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
