Security Site Supervisor – Logistic Center (McDonough, GA)

Position:
Security Site Supervisor at Security Solutions of America (SSA) – one of the fastest growing security guard and patrol companies in the U.S. We are seeking a high-caliber Security Supervisor to command security operations at a high-volume logistics center in McDonough, GA.

As the primary point of oversight for the Monday–Friday (7am–3pm) shift, you will be responsible for:

• Access Control Leadership:
  Overseeing the gate house and verifying credentials for all incoming/outgoing freight, ensuring zero unauthorized entries.
• Logistics Coordination:
  Acting as the bridge between security and logistics staff—managing dock appointments and directing traffic flow to prevent bottlenecks.
• Surveillance Oversight:
  Monitoring CCTV systems and utilizing tech to identify vulnerabilities before they become incidents.
• Team Command:
  Conducting patrols, enforcing safety compliance, and ensuring your team adheres to the highest standards of the “Security Solutions” brand.
• Critical Reporting:
  Managing detailed logs and incident reports that provide the client with 100% transparency of site activity.

• Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in security supervision, logistics security, or military/law enforcement preferred.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Advanced familiarity with CCTV systems, gate software, and computer reporting.
• Command Presence:
  Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive during high‑traffic periods or emergency situations.
• Reliability:
  Must have a personal vehicle for commuting to McDonough, GA.
• Compliance:
  Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED. Security License required, un‑armed or armed.
