Maintenance Technician II
needs 3+ years industrial electrical experience required
Requirements- 2 years Technical or trade school or equivalent experience
- 3+ years industrial electrical experience required.
- Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and all maintenance procedures including mechanical, logic and fluid power diagrams.
- Allen Bradley PLC knowledge and Programming skills required.
- Must have knowledge of procedures and standards including Lock-Out/ Tag-Out.
- MSDS, PPE, OSHA Standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems/issue using root cause analysis.
- Use of repetitive motion of hands and wrists as necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Automation and facilities electrical.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and required preventative maintenance on all Automated Production systems with heavy emphasis on Allen Bradley PLC systems and Industrial
- Identify and facilitate equipment improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses motors, controls, distributions systems, Allen Bradley PLC systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Hytrol and Intelligrated Conveyor, automated packing and labeling equipment, and Sortation Equipment
