Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver helps ensure that each visit from a customer results in friendly, personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team. The Delivery Driver position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Note: Tips are paid daily for drivers.

• Maintain a clean driving record; safety is the priority for you and our customers. Arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues. Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas to include the vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and provide prompt, regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies; dress for success.
• Complete delegated cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Operate cash registers or POS devices as needed; use value-added suggestive selling to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and improve team effectiveness.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable with good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law; keep an updated copy of insurance policy with your name on it.
• Flexible work availability; customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
