Warehouse Lead

Base pay range

$50.00/yr - $60.00/yr

The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions including receiving, inbound and outbound operations, picking, and put‑away. This role ensures accuracy, productivity, safety, and efficiency while serving as a hands‑on leader and primary point of contact for associates on the floor.

• Lead and support warehouse associates across receiving, picking, put‑away, and shipping operations
• Coordinate daily workflow and labor allocation to meet operational goals
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper product movement within the warehouse
• Oversee inbound receipts and outbound shipments for timeliness and accuracy
• Operate and oversee safe forklift use (when applicable)
• Train, coach, and mentor associates to maintain high performance standards
• Enforce safety policies, SOPs, and warehouse best practices
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance; address issues as they arise
• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and improvement opportunities to management

• Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Forklift experience required or strongly preferred (depending on assignment)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Experience with WMS and shipping/receiving documentation a plus

Salaried role targeting $50,000–$60,000 annually
