They’re seeking a Sales Manager whose responsibilities are similar to a General Manager—overseeing four office team members, leading daily operations, supporting quality standards, strengthening customer relationships, and driving new business in the foods service/produce space.

• Oversee daily operations and lead a team of four office staff.
• Support quality standards and maintain compliance.
• Strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive new business in the food service and produce market.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff to foster a people‑focused culture.

• Food service or produce sales experience.
• Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Positive, people‑focused personality.
• Quality assurance experience is a plus.

• Base salary in the $85,000 range plus commissions.
